A higher ﬁ gure represents a greater magniﬁ cation,

enabling users to take a closer look at the surveillance

subject .

Horizontal Resolution

All cameras from SANYO offer exceptional picture

resolution.

Pan-focus lens can bring a broad area

into focus, enabling the camera system

to visualize everything in the ﬁ eld of view clearly at the

same time. The lens also has a 2.6x zooming function.

As a result, it allows a surveillance camera to capture a

clear video image offering details of background objects.

24-hour surveillance is now possible with just a

single camera that works as a color camera during

the day and a high-sensitivity B/W camera during the

night.

Day/Night Electronic

A newly developed electronic Day/Night vision. By

switching between color and B&W modes, it adapts

to changes in illumination to capture clear picture

throughout the day. It is capable of capturing images in

the dark.

Auto Tracking

The camera comes with an image processing algorithm

that is capable of detecting moving objects on the

screen and tracing an object automatically. When there

are multiple movements, an object with the biggest

move will be traced. Further settings are available

according to the pattern of movement. The auto return

mode provides an added feature that forces the camera

to its Preset Position when no movement is detected for

a preset duration.

Wide dynamic range for clear images of

high-contrast subjects

With the newly developed wide-dynamic-range

technology, however, two shutter speeds, one normal

(1/50) and the other high speed, are employed to record

clearer images of the subject by extracting highlights and

shadows from the two shots and then combining them

into a single detailed image.

Image Stabilizer

A gyro-sensor picks up camera vibration in the 5 to 15

Hz range, which is then suppressed electronically. This

feature offers a clear image even in a strong wind or

when the camera is installed near a highway with heavy

trafﬁ c .

SSP (RS-485) compatible

By using SSP (SANYO Security Serial Protocol), cameras

and DVRs can be controlled with just one controller

over a daisy chain connection up to a maximum of 254

devices. The maximum cable length (total length of the

daisy chain path) is 1200 m (4000 feet).

The SANYO Advanced Image Processing Engine

promises a ultra wide dynamic range for super

performance.
