Maintenance and Cleaning
RECOMMENDATION
We recommend avoiding dusty / smoky environments when
operating the LCD Projection Monitor. When using under dusty or
smoky conditions, dust may accumulate on the optical elements
inside the LCD Projection Monitor and the screen surface. This
condition may degrade the quality of a projected image.
When the above symptoms are noticed, contact your authorized
dealer or service station for proper cleaning.
Turn off the LCD Projection Monitor and disconnect the AC
power cord from the AC outlet.

The Air Filter prevents dust from accumulating on the optical elements inside the LCD Projection Monitor. Should the Air
Filter become clogged with dust particles, it will reduce the cooling fans' effectiveness and may result in internal heat
building up and effect on the life of the LCD Projection Monitor.
To clean the Air Filter, follow the cleaning procedures below:
Remove the Air Filter from the Air Filter Holder, and clean the
Air Filter with a brush or a vacuum cleaner.
If the Air Filter is clogged extremely or broken, replace it with a

the place where it should be.
4
